like the geneva convention....
do people really need to know of the convention to be accused of breaking the convention or is this something, which is tecnically called a crime against humanity, what we as human beings should all in our sane moral beings never wish to commit or have commited?

I vote for the latter. Latter. how come it isn't later, I vote for the later.
But there is an even darker underbelly to a convention convention. Take, for instance, a comic book convention. There is nothing scarier in life then a grown fat man wearing brightly colored spandex getting signatures from like minded leotard wearing man boys.
Ah, self loathing. Its a convention to attend, no doubt.
